Anxiety Tetanic structure type
This has been referred to as the ‘Larvate Tetanic’ and has been known as the ‘Vegetative Spastic.’ Its nurture points are the Gastrointestinal tract and the Nervous system as such people are workhorses and can burn themselves out.
This can be identified by many circular furrows, with an unstructured collarette and possible radial furrows.
This constitution has a compromised nervous system, and this can manifest as excessive function in the body organs. This creates tension in the sympathetic nervous system and the presence of any radials that cross the collarette show there is a clear interruption between the bodies sympathetic and para sympathetic nervous system.
As a child, they are susceptible to the following:
• Anxiety
• headaches
• tension
• nervous stomach
• GIT problems
These can reduce the body of its vital vitamins and minerals because of the excess function of the organs and depletion of them through the tension in the body. They will also have problems with Calcium and Magnesium due to the nervous tension.
When they grow into adults who work hard and burn out and need objectives to work towards and usually avoid rest and the bodies need to rest.
This working hard attitude makes them search for stimulates, like coffee, sweets and alcohol and this is the way they avoid listening to their own bodies need for rest and relaxation.
This avoidance of listening to their bodies need for rest can lead to imbalances in the body that manifest as GIT problems, Immune system problems with the Liver and Gall Bladder. They will also develop nervous tension in the body and can grind their teeth in their sleep.
They can also suffer with Thyroid problems, the Glands and susceptible to blood sugar problems.
The diet needs to be according to their eye colour and eliminate all forms of stimulants, food high in salts, sugars and fats. Cut out processed food, avoid all forms of carbonated beverages and alcohol.
Include plenty of fruit and green leafy vegetables and include beans, legumes and grains.
Physically they need to listen to their bodies and have plenty of rest and relaxation, develop a routine including plenty of sleep and focus on creating positive thoughts and emotions as the opposite will be detrimental to themselves emotionally and physically.
Regular exercise is needed as well as meditation and breathing exercises like Yoga and Buteyko breathing techniques.
Because of the burnout, they will always suffer with deficiencies in Magnesium and Calcium and will benefit with:
• Chamomile
• Siberian Ginseng
• Valerian Hops
Emotionally they can suffer with mood swings, uncontrolled crying episodes and constant irritability.
They need to establish a routine not only to maintain health, but also become very productive individuals as they are very motivated, highly ambitious and goal driven so this needs to be controlled and structure in order to avoid burnout.
Before jumping to conclusions, look at both sides of the coin before making a decision and exercise, like martial arts will help you control your anger as this imperative, as well as reducing any stress.
