Connective tissue structure type

This structural type is also referred to as the ‘Daisy Petal’, the ‘Hessian’ and the ‘Mesenchymal Hypoplastic.’

It is physically identified by its open course fibres, which can appear irregular and open in texture and looks like it has many Lacunae around the eye and has an appearance like wet combed hair.

Its primary nurture point is the skeleton, the Muscle and the Connective Tissue which has reduced functionality, and this allows the build-up of waste in the body and the body will have difficulty eliminating this.

This connective tissue weakness means there is reduced tissue support in the body with poor metabolic function and this creates weaknesses in areas like the Glands and the Bowels. This can lead to people struggling their bones, joints, mainly the legs, like the spine and suffer with Hernias, Varicose veins and Haemorrhoids.

Such a person usually appears with symptoms of being constantly tired and wanting to rest, being out of breath and not much stamina or vitality.

The immune system and nervous system needs lots of support in order to enable to the body to heal itself and allow it to function optimally. So, it is essential they maintain good health not only through diet, but exercise and also paying attention to their posture as this will help with bone and muscle strength.

This will enable the blood circulation and the lymphatic system to function better and allow them to do their roles within the body, like provide oxygen and nutrition to the body and eliminate the waste.

They need to select the diet which is appropriate for their eye colour, and it is imperative they eliminate all processed, fried food, anything high with fats, salts and sugars and the reason being that in order for the body to process this, it uses vital nutrients in the body and hence creates a deficiency – include plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, include fresh fish in the diet.

Common deficiencies can include Magnesium, Vitamin E, Magnesium and Calcium and could benefit with not only the above, but include in the diet:

• Omega 3
• Include Linseed in the diet.
• Digestive enzymes
• Psyllium to promote good bowel movement.
• Glucosamine Sulphate for the joints

Emotionally they enjoy being social people and communicate well talking about themselves and interests.

They can be sensitive and do things off the cuff but can be great communicators with a natural gift of loving people for being themselves.
