The Neurogenic Lymphatic structure is also referred to as the Neurasthenic and Hessian type with is primary nurture points being the Nervous system with sympathetic dominance.
This eye can be identified by a wavy structure beyond the collarette with a large pupil, Mydriasis or misshaped pupil being evident. The collarette can also be jagged in nature with open fibres in the stomach area and this can also show contraction furrows too.
This sympathetic dominance can manifest in a child as someone who is highly emotional and sensitive who are easily upset and become more introverted. They can ‘feel’ their social environment around them and feel others pain and area very affectionate individuals.
As an adult, this emotional sensitivity combined with being restless creates insomnia and anxiety with nervous asthma, headaches and migraines common. When anxious they will feel this in their stomach and can exhibit a high pulse rate and will experience inflammatory problems and respiratory problems as they age.
Due to their nature, they are commonly deficient in the following nutrients:
• Magnesium
• Zinc
• B group vitamins
• Calcium
They should stick with a diet consist with their eye colour and use regularly body brushing which will help stimulate their circulation system and ideally done before showering.
Digestion should be helped with bitter and digestive enzymes taken during breakfast which will help both digestion and the release of bile from the Liver and avoid overeating as this will negatively affect them emotionally, particularly at times of great stress.
Emotionally such individuals are very empathetic and kind and are ideally suited in customer facing roles dealing with people regularly. Often, they make promises they can’t keep simply because they feel compelled to assist and need to learn to use their discretion and think before helping others.
