Mixed eye colours – Mixed constitution

An eye which is mixed in colour, also known as the Mixed Biliary type, can be identified as having a central heterochromia (can be brown or orange) which is a major feature, that can be a mixture of blue / green with pigmentations in places. There can also be differences between the inner and outer area of the Iris.

As this is a genetic type of constitution, it is usually a consequence of either parents or grandparents who have different coloured eyes, and this can be established upon discussion with the client.

This colour contrast with possible pigmentations too are permanent features of the eye and is a reflection of the diverse background of the clients parents / grandparents that may have not necessarily been embraced by them. This can lead mixed eye people to be confused about themselves, their identity and become indecisive individuals.

In comparison to the brown eyes, with mixed colours you can tend to see the structural fibres of the Iris.

As this is a mixed eye colour, think of it as having a mixture of both blue and brown eyes problems and therefore its primary nurture points are the Liver, the Gall Bladder, the Pancreas and digestive system.

As children, such individuals can experience gastrointestinal issues and if there are any radial furrows, could indicate weak nerves and a reduced over the location of the radials; it should be understood that this will have a massive impact on the persons digestion.

It’s worth noting that stomach tension, flatulence and constipation can be common and so as children, must avoid large meals when dealing with any form of stress.

As an adult, childhood problems can continue here, and this can be made worse based on lifestyle factors, and this will ultimately lead to Liver and Gall Bladder problems. They will react badly to food that impacts the Liver and can be susceptible to blood sugar problems.

It is recommended that their diet and lifestyle avoid anything that overburdens the Liver, such as Gluten, Fats, Alcohol, processed food, sweets and red meat.

Plenty of vegetables and lean white meat should be consumed and each morning a herbal bitter herbal tea with juice of half of lemon is beneficial as it will help stimulate bile production.

There are many beneficial supplements for them for a variety of reasons:

1. Bitters that can be consumed in salad like Rocket, Dandelion that help stimulate digestion.
2. Oat bran and Psyllium Hulls needed for high fibre.
3. St Marys and Globe Artichoke for Liver tissue replenishing as well as support for the Liver of Dandelion and Choline
4. Chromium and Cinnamon good for blood sugar stabilisation
5. Digestive enzymes for helping the metabolism.

Plenty of clear fluids each day including herbal teas, broths beneficial and avoid all forms of stimulants.

Because of the Livers struggles, it can prevent the uptake of vitamins and minerals and as a result they tend to be deficient in fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, B12 and K.

Emotionally they can be confused about their identity and can constantly change their opinions and they are also attracted to people with both Hematogenic and Lymphatic eyes.

As they are often indecisive, they need to listen to those who they love and have your best interests at heart.
