Brown eyes – Hematogenic constitution

An eye which is brown in colour, or various shades of brown are commonly known as the Hematogenic constitution type and may commonly have contraction furrows and radial furrows visible. The fibre structure can often not be seen clearly and hard to assess although other signs like Lacuna and radials can be seen clearly.

This Hematogenic eyes primary nurture point is the blood and digestive system as these are the most likely common complaints and ailments they will struggle with.

This eye colour is generally associated with strong ethnic backgrounds and ordinarily don’t have many health complaints for years. The reason why this is important is because such individuals are from different cultures and when they adopt a different diet, such as the modern processed food western diet, they experience more problems as this is a change from their normal diet and environment.

As children there doesn’t seem to be any specific tendency towards a disease and as adults Gastrointestinal problems can become common, like indigestion, constipation, flatulence and bowels can become very slow in movement which can increase the likelihood for the body struggling to release toxins from the body.

Deficiencies in copper, iodine and Iron can create problems with the body’s natural defence mechanisms which can impact assimilation of nutrients and impact the blood system.

As a direct result of this faulty metabolism will ultimately impact the Liver, Gall Bladder and the Heart which therefore emphasises the Liver support needed.

Regular exercise is essential in order to reduce stress, maintain body muscle mass and avoid conditions like diabetes.

The diet should be high in fibre and low in animal fat and should consume plenty of fresh fish, lean organic poultry with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. Plenty of water should be consumed and focus should be on helping support and maintain the circulation system.

Avoid all forms of stimulants, like Alcohol, caffeine, energy, fizzy drinks and sweets.

A daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids should be consumed and can be found in almonds, pumpkin and flaxseeds. Also include a digestive enzyme that contains HCI in order to support the digestive system.

As the Liver needs support, Globe Artichoke and or St Marys Thistle helps replenish the Liver tissue and assist in fat metabolism. Herbs like Ginkgo Biloba and Hawthorne berries are good for assisting circulation and cinnamon good for helping regulate blood sugar levels.

Chromium is usually deficient, and this can also help with blood sugar regulation with Vitamin E beneficial for the blood vessels and Vitamin B complex after breakfast helpful.

Emotionally such individuals have a tendency to speak before they think and should therefore learn to think before they speak. Can be impulsive, lively and very emotional.

They exhibit strong tendencies and can be very strong familial types with strong bonds and very hospitable hosts.

They need to learn how to think positively and develop a positive attitude too as they tend to be negative and obsessive with their thoughts.

Despite this, when in balance, they can be capable in achieving so much.
